Our process
Brief
Step 01
Gathering and analyzing customer needs through initial contact, understanding the client’s industry and target application, and assessing specific material performance requirements.
Project Design
Step 02
Selection of one or more resin-platforms as a starting point, initial product validation tests within the customer’s production process, and ongoing support, including assistance with the implementation of additive manufacturing techniques if required. The resin-platforms are available in the 'Advanced Materials' section.
Development
Step 03
Possible reformulation of the selected resin-platform to align with the customer’s technical requirements, followed by a testing campaign to validate the product within the cleint’s production process.
Delivering
Step 04
Commissioning and delivering without volume limitations, supported by collaborations with industrial mixers for large-scale resin production.
